At RapoRide, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for all our customers, whether you're ordering food, sending a courier, or using our taxi or bike ride services. Please review the shipping policy below for more details about our services.

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Food Delivery: Orders will typically be delivered within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on location and restaurant availability. You will be notified of your estimated delivery time at checkout.

  • Courier Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the distance and service chosen. Standard deliveries typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while express deliveries will arrive within 24 hours.

  • Taxi Service: Taxis are available immediately, and your estimated pickup time will be displayed on the app.

  • Bike Ride Service: Bike rides are available for immediate booking. Your ride will be confirmed instantly with an estimated time of arrival based on traffic and location.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Food Delivery: Delivery charges depend on your location, the size of your order, and restaurant policies. These will be displayed at checkout.

  • Courier Delivery: Shipping costs depend on the package size, weight, and destination. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Taxi Service: Pricing for taxi rides is calculated based on distance and time taken for the ride. Fare details will be shown in the app prior to booking.

  • Bike Ride Service: Bike ride charges are based on distance and time. Pricing will be provided during the booking process.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Food Delivery: We currently deliver food to specific areas. Please check if your location is eligible for food delivery during checkout.

  • Courier Delivery: We deliver parcels to most locations within our service area. Certain restrictions may apply based on the size, weight, and contents of the package.

  • Taxi Service: Available within our operational zones. Please check the app for availability in your area.

  • Bike Ride Service: Bike rides are available within a designated service radius, which will be shown in the app.

4. Order Tracking

  • Food Delivery: You can track the status of your food delivery in real-time through the app, from preparation to arrival.

  • Courier Delivery: Tracking details will be provided once your courier is dispatched. You can track your package online using the provided tracking number.

  • Taxi Service: You can track your taxi in real-time through the app, including ETA updates.

  • Bike Ride Service: Track your bike ride live through the app for estimated arrival time and progress.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Food Delivery: Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this time, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Courier Delivery: Cancellations are allowed before the courier is dispatched. Once dispatched, the delivery cannot be canceled, but you may contact our support team for assistance.

  • Taxi Service: You may cancel your ride up to 5 minutes after booking without charge. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Bike Ride Service: Cancellations are free within 5 minutes of booking. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.
